Seck Advisor Group was pleased to represent Cenetric Network Services, Inc. in their sale to Corporate Technologies LLC, a leading national managed service provider (MSP) offering IT and cybersecurity solutions. This acquisition expands the company’s national reach to 18 markets in twelve states and is the seventh acquisition by Corporate Technologies and its second since being acquired by Tonka Bay Equity Partners in July of 2023.
Alongside the sale, Cenetric was recently named one of the 2025 Greater KC Chamber of Commerce Top 10 Small Businesses of the Year, and is the only company in Kansas City to be recognized on the CRN Pioneer 250. Additionally, their CEO, Brittany Fugate, was recently named a 2025 Women of Influence honoree by the Kansas City Business Journal. These awards were earned shortly after they restructured their operations around their core values of proactivity, partnership, compassion, and communication. Brittany’s grit and heart have shaped Cenetric’s culture and commitment to Kansas City for more than 17 years and it was a pleasure working with her and her team.
