Chris is a Senior Attorney with a broad corporate, transactional, and advisory practice. He advises clients across industries, with experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. He has worked closely with leading technology companies and brings a pragmatic approach informed by years advising both early-stage startups and global enterprises. Chris graduated from the Fordham University School of Law in 2017, where he served as the Volume 40 Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham International Law Journal. Before joining Seck & Associates, he practiced for several years at an international law firm in New York and Beijing.
